La Corte de Apelaciones orden\u00f3 al alcalde de Panguipulli garantizar el funcionamiento del Juzgado de Polic\u00eda Local, luego de comprobar que la falta de funcionarios municipales impidi\u00f3 su atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico el 3 de octubre de 2025. <\/p>\n
El Juez Titular, Patricio A. Thomas Soto, hab\u00eda advertido reiteradamente al municipio sobre la escasez de personal, sin recibir respuesta. Pese a ello, el alcalde responsabiliz\u00f3 al magistrado por la suspensi\u00f3n del servicio. <\/p>\n
La Corte determin\u00f3 que corresponde exclusivamente a la municipalidad proveer los recursos humanos y materiales del tribunal, seg\u00fan la Ley N\u00b0 15.231 y dict\u00e1menes de la Contralor\u00eda. <\/p>\n
En su resoluci\u00f3n, el tribunal de alzada instruy\u00f3 al municipio adoptar medidas inmediatas y remiti\u00f3 los antecedentes a la Contralor\u00eda Regional para indagar posibles responsabilidades administrativas, reafirmando la obligaci\u00f3n municipal de asegurar el servicio judicial local y el respeto a la autonom\u00eda del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
