El an\u00e1lisis identific\u00f3 problemas como alta ocupaci\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico, estacionamientos que reducen la capacidad vial, giros conflictivos, congesti\u00f3n y conductas de riesgo.<\/p>\n<p>Con estos antecedentes, se propusieron medidas para mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n y la seguridad, entre ellas la eliminaci\u00f3n de estacionamientos en tramos cr\u00edticos, el cambio de sentido en Jos\u00e9 Miguel Carrera para optimizar la conexi\u00f3n hacia la Costanera, la supresi\u00f3n de giros peligrosos y un fortalecimiento del plan de fiscalizaci\u00f3n.
